We have provided a collateral valuation service for one of their customers’ collateral properties. We valued a multi-billion birr oil factory compound that includes buildings, factory blocks, landscaping, pavement and other Infrastructure, plant and machinery, production process lines, and a number of machines for loan security. The factory compound is located in Debre Markos, Ethiopia.
